Two ways to access Edward remotely
Edward offers two ways for employees to access Edward applications and files remotely - the All Access Pass or Secure 2. However, before you login through either system, you will need to set up and answer a personal authentication question to verify who you are before accessing the Edward network. To initiate the creation of your personal authentication questions, click on First Time User.
1. All Access Pass
Your new All Access Pass gives you the benefits of working at Edward - your desktop, files, settings, favorites, apps -- anywhere you are, on any device.
Simply click on the following link to go to http://allaccess.edward.org to login using your Network ID (your employee number) and your Network Password for a quick connection to your Edward desktop.
The first time you use All Access, you will be prompted to download the Citrix Receiver.
For tablets and smartphones:
To use the All Access Pass on a tablet or smartphone, you will need to download the Citrix Receiver from Google Play or the iTunes App Store.
Notes: If you use Internet Explorer 11, you will need to change the settings to run All Access. If you wish to have access to your personal folders in Outlook, please submit a ticket to the Service Desk by calling (630) 527-3346.
2. Secure 2
Click here to link to Secure 2, the traditional option to access your Edward applications and files.
Once you get to the Secure 2 login screen, enter your your Network ID (your employee number) and your Network Password, and then answer a security question to authenticate you as an Edward user.
