Everyone was very kind at the clinic. This was my first visit with Dr. Piazza and he made me feel very welcome, heard, and important. He listened to what I needed to say and explain about the issues I'm experiencing and he quickly found answers and a solution for me that I've been trying to determine for 15 years. I look forward to continuing care with him!

Overall, the experience was very "transactional", good but rushed and a bit impersonal. I know that I got good care and an accurate assessment, etc., but the whole sentiment was geared towards getting the patient in and out rather than the kind of consultation where the patient is treated as the main reason for the job being done. State-of-the-art imaging, good diagnosing and treating, excellent follow-up to confirm any suspicions or potential for uncertainty. There was a lot of laughter and carrying-on by a very young staff outside of the room, lots of social conversing of the young staff which could have been a little less like it was a college gathering space, but it wasn't anything obnoxious or anything like that--just could have been a little more professional on many counts.
