Appointments/Cancellation Policy/Helpful Reminders
The Spa at Seven Bridges is open seven days a week for appointments. Our hours are:
Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Appointments can be made by calling (630) 646-7980. When booking multiple services, a credit card may be required. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is expected at time of service. You do not have to be a fitness center member to schedule an appointment, however, members will receive a 10% discount.
If you must cancel your appointment...As a courtesy to our clients and technicians, if you are unable to keep an appointment, you must cancel 24 hours in advance or a cancellation charge will apply.
Some tips to make the most of your appointment...
- On the day of your scheduled service, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This allows you time to check-in unhurried and get maximum relaxation from your spa experience.
- Please dress comfortably. We provide robes, facial gowns and slippers when appropriate for the treatment.
- Remember to tell us about any prescription medications or medical conditions as some services may negatively interact with your medications.
- To maintain our quiet environment, children under 12 not receiving services must go to our Children’s Services area. Appointments are required and there is a small fee. Please don’t forget to make this appointment by calling, (630) 646-7980.
The Spa at Seven Bridges is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles, including gift cards. Please keep all valuable with you during your appointment.
