Short Term Installment Payment Plans
For hospital, physician or clinic billing, Edward will accept installment payments for a period of 6-12 months depending on the balance. The minimum payment is $25 per month. Patients will need to call the provider on the statement to set up this arrangement.
Financial Assistance: Let us know if you anticipate difficulty paying your bill. As a community organization, we assist those in need. A financial counselor can discuss payment options that may be available to you, including extended payments, government programs, or financial assistance.
Patient Balances, including Patients without Insurance: A financial counselor will review funding options that may be available to you. These could include applying for various governmental programs such as Illinois Medicaid, Kid Care, Access DuPage or Illinois Crime Victims. Edward also provides a discount to patients who do not have health insurance. A financial counselor can assist you with questions concerning options for payment of your remaining balance and to determine if you qualify for Edward's financial assistance program.
Questions about our financial assistance or uninsured discount can be directed to our Patient Accounts Department at (630) 527-3100 or (800) 346-7513 (toll-free), or email email@example.com.
