Edward tracks and meaures how patients rank us through two independent nationally recognized research organizations - National Research Corporation (NRC) and Press Ganey.

We regularly survey patients through Press Ganey, the leading independent research firm in the U.S. specializing in measuring patient satisfaction. Press Ganey measures Edward's survey results against other hospitals. In the chart below, the first three columns measure the percentage of "very good" responses Edward receives from patients versus regional and national norms.
The fourth and fifth columns show Edward's patient satisfaction overall ranking in key areas, or how we compare with other hospitals. For example, 99th Percentile means that a hospital is in the top 1% of hospitals in the database.
