We're always looking for new ways to collect feedback, so we created a Patient/Family Advisory Committee consisting of current and former patients. The Committee was created in 2008 with the goal of patients and family members sharing their experiences and collaborating with hospital leaders to make changes and improve the way Edward treats all patients. The role of the committee members is to provide the patient perspective, to be the patient voice, to help improve services and patient care at Edward. The Committee meets each month to share their perspectives on key topics with Edward leaders.
We value the committee's input and have implemented changes at Edward, big and small, as a result of the committee to improve our service and care.
To keep the committee's perspective fresh, members are limited to three-year terms. Community members interested in serving on the Patient/Family Advisory Committee should contact our Patient Advocate for more information at 630-527-5290.
