Join this session for an introduction to the basic postures that have been practiced for centuries. Mental Health First Aid Mental Health First Aid is an evidenced based public education program that teaches people the key skills needed to help someone with a mental health problem or crisis. Mental Health First Aid focuses on the skills that can be used until professional help is obtained.
