At this session, a group exercise instructor from the Edward Health and Fitness Centers, will teach meditation basics that can be practiced anywhere and anytime to bring tranquility and calmness into your life.
Intro to Hatha Yoga
Yoga literally means to 'yoke' or bring together. In the practice of yoga we are working to bring together the mind, body and spirit. Join this session for an introduction to the basic postures that have been practiced for centuries. Gain energy and feel refreshed in a class that is appropriate for all fitness levels and health conditions.

Mental Health First Aid is an evidenced based public education program that teaches people the key skills needed to help someone with a mental health problem or crisis. Mental Health First Aid focuses on the skills that can be used until professional help is obtained.
