Shredded Boxing /TRX Combo
This work out has a combination punch that will help you get "shredded". Your trainer will put you through a boxing workout adding TRX work that will deliverer the one two punch and deliver results. TRX, a suspension training system used by the Navy Seals, adds a challenging strength component to the boxing portion of this incredible work out. Lose Weight with Your Heart Rate
While using a heart rate monitor you will learn to lose weight with your heart rate. Learn different workouts all geared toward achieving your own weight loss goals. Maybe you have been training too hard, too easy, or not long enough. Your heart rate specialist and certified personal trainer Kay Mamo will assist you in creating the right training zones for weight loss results. Reach your level of fitness safely with heart rate based workouts geared towards cardiovascular improvement. Class consists of approximately 15 minutes of discussion followed by a 45 minutes workout. Yoga For Men
Frequent yoga training may increase flexibility, and range of motion while relieving muscle tension. This beginner, small group, yoga class is designed to help everyone from the athlete to the couch potato.

Pre/post Natal Pilates/Yoga Fusion
Combining the stability, energy, balance, flexibility and relaxation of yoga and the low-impact form of exercise that tones and strengthens the back, stomach and pelvic floor muscles of pilates. Infants up to 6 months, not yet walking (in car seats), are welcome for post natal participants.
