Slim & Trim

Join in this power packed hour of Pilates inspired exercises and movement to slip and trim you down.  If you have always hoped for a kick start and to enhance your weight loss this is the class you have been looking for.  This class will provide you with a variety of tools to lose those unwanted pounds.  This is your chance to make the change, don't  let it pass you by.
