| LINDEN OAKS: OUTPATIENT EXPANSION |
Inpatient Expansion Slated to be completed in April, Linden Oaks is building a $4.3 million expansion to its inpatient program that will provide patients with additional space and more beds at its main campus, according to Mary Lou Mastro, President and CEO of Linden Oaks.
The main campus is located at 801 S. Washington Avenue, adjacent to Edward Hospital in Naperville.
Highlights of the expansion project include:
- more day rooms, group rooms, and consultation rooms
- additional staff/patient locker rooms
- 14 additional beds once the expansion is complete (adolescent inpatient unit, detox unit, eating disorders, geriatrics and adults)
“We are thrilled to be expanding the way that we provide inpatient care for adolescents, adults and older adults who have severe behavioral health needs. Additional space means we can help even more people who are referred to Linden Oaks,” says Mastro.
Outpatient Center Construction has started on a brand new outpatient center for improving health through prevention, education, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral health. The 40,000 square foot center will be located on Mill Street, north of Ogden Avenue in Naperville, across the street from Linden Oaks current outreach site.
When the center opens, all of Linden Oaks Naperville outpatient services will be centrally located with the exception of eating disorders. Services will include:
