Dr. Muqtadar is board certified in neurology and vascular neurology (stroke). She comes to Edward from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine where she was a fellow in the vascular neurology program.
Dr. Muqtadar earned her medical degree from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and Government Medical College Hospital in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. She completed her residency in neurology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark.
