The Community Weight Loss Challenge is back! Whether participating as an individual, or as part of a team, you’ll be part of the competition to see who can lose the greatest percentage of weight during this FREE 8-week online challenge, which begins on Monday, February 3, 2014 and runs through March 31, 2014. Prizes packages valued from $25 - $50 will be awarded to members of the top two teams and prize drawings will take place throughout the challenge.
How does it work? This is a free, online only program and weight loss will be self-reported by the participants. Percent of weight loss is averaged across teams of 1-10 people and is based on weight at the start of the challenge. Individual weights are always kept confidential.
