Edward's Community Weight Loss Challenge is back! And this time we'll compete against Edward's own employees to see who can be this year's "biggest loser." Whether participating as an individual, or as part of a team, you'll be part of the competition to see who can lose the greatest percentage of weight during this FREE 8-week online challenge, which begins on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013 and runs through April 1, 2013.
How does it work? This is a free, online only program and weight will be self-reported weekly by the participants. Percent of weight loss is averaged across the team (team size can range from 1-12 people) and is based on weight at the start of the challenge. Record weight once a week online or via text or smart phone. Fitness prize packages valued between $25 - $50 will be awarded to the top 3 teams and prize drawings will take place throughout the challenge.

Women and Heart Disease
Heart disease kills more American women than all forms of cancer combined, according to the American Heart Association. To shine a spotlight on this important women's health issue, Emmy-nominated actress Elizabeth Banks has teamed up with the AHA to direct and star in a comedic PSA called "Just a Little Heart Attack," about a busy mom who takes care of everyone but herself.
