Are you getting a healthy dose of physical activity? The Spring Physical Activity Challenge can help you nurture the habit of staying active, exercising, and just moving your body. Anything from walking and gardening to bicycling and rock climbing can help you stay healthy!
You’ll earn points for your physical activity efforts during this FREE 6-week challenge, which begins on Monday, May 5. You can choose to track either minutes of activity (moderate or vigorous) or daily steps using a pedometer. Your goal is to earn 946 points by June 16, 2014. All participants who achieve this goal will be entered in a prize drawing for a FitBit activity tracker.
This challenge runs from Monday, May 5, 2014 through Monday, June 16. Enrollment is open now.
