Enrollment in this challenge begins on Monday, November 11. Looking for more control over your weight? There are big health benefits to avoiding unwanted weight gain - no matter what your current weight is. That's why we're launching the Maintain, Don't Gain Holiday Challenge as a program to help participants maintain or lose weight - with a focus on healthy habits that will bring your weight under control so you don't gain unwanted pounds.
This wellness challenge runs from 11/25/2013 to 1/6/2014. You'll log a starting weight and an ending weight, and you'll earn points if your weight didn't go up during the holiday season. You can earn additional points for each 1% of bodyweight that you lose (if you need to lose weight).
This is an individual challenge. You'll see how other participant’s points' compare - but rest assured your individual weight is not shown to any other participants. You can enroll in this Challenge and record your starting weight from 11/11/2013 to 11/25/2013. Also make sure you record your Final Weight during the final 10 days of the Challenge. You must have a Final Weight in order to earn points for your weight in this program.
How to Sign Up:
Reporting your progress is easy. Just log in to the website to update your weight at least once a week. If you have previously registered on the community challenge web site for the Edward community health challenges you can continue to use your existing username and password. Simply log in and click on "Enroll in a Challenge" to select the Edward Maintain, Don't Gain Holiday Challenge. Or, you can now use your Facebook login to join a challenge.
