Are you getting a healthy dose of physical activity? The Edward Physical Activity Challenge can help you nurture the habit of staying active, exercising, and just moving your body. Anything from walking and gardening to bicycling and rock climbing can help you stay healthy!
You’ll earn points for your physical activity efforts during this FREE 6-week challenge, which begins on Monday, May 6. Your goal is to earn 946 points by June 17, 2013. All participants who achieve this goal will be entered in a prize drawing for a FitBit activity tracker.
This challenge runs from Monday, May 6, 2013 through Monday, June 17. Enrollment is open now through Monday, May 6. You can participate as an individual or as part of a team of family and friends. Once you’ve registered, don’t forget to click the “Enroll in a Challenge” button and select the Edward Physical Activity Challenge to get started. This is an online only program and activity will be self-reported by the participants.

Note: Points are based on your choice of steps or minutes of activity: 1 minute vigorous activity = 2 points, 1 minute moderate activity = 1 point, and 1 step = .01 point. Simply enter your total number of steps or minutes online or via smartphone app or text, and the challenge system will convert your activity into points.
