Looking for an easy way to eat healthy? We're launching the Fruit & Vegetable Challenge to help participants incorporate more fruits & vegetables into their meals and snacks every day. Eating more fruits & veggies is a great way to get more vitamins and other nutrients. Fruits & veggies also tend to make you feel full which helps with weight control.
The program runs from 7/14/2014 to 8/11/2014. You'll keep track of how many servings of fruits & veggies you eat each day, and see how they add up over time. Your goal is to eat 87 cups of fruits & veggies by 8/11/2014. You'll be surprised at all the delicious ways to add a few more fruits & veggies to your plate every day!
This program also includes a competition aspect - you will see how your cups stack up against others in the program as you race to the finish line! You can also take advantage of the social features of this program to friend others and compare your points with your friends.
