Coping with the death of a loved one can be one of the most difficult and challenging experiences we face. For help in those difficult times, Edward offers daytime and evening support groups to any community member 18 and older who is grieving the loss of a loved one. Chaplains facilitate the programs and first time attendees are welcome to bring a guest. There is no fee or registration required.
Grief recovery groups are held in the Edward Education Center on the Naperville campus two days a week:
- Wednesday mornings, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Thursday evenings, 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
For those who have experienced the loss of an infant or child, help is available through the SHARE or Sharing HOPE programs. Call 527-3263 for information.
Call the Grief Hotline for more information: 630-527-5056.
