Sprint Phones having difficulty with receiving messages from 41411.
Some Sprint phones report "short code expired" when texting to 41411. This is generally a problem with Sprint configuring the user's phone service improperly. The best way to troubleshoot this is to text HELP to 41411 and then to 46645, which is Google. If you cannot get a response from either, then you should call Sprint to have them allow you to receive text messages from short codes.
