What do our wait times mean?
Our ER wait times are the average time it takes for a patient to begin treatment in our ER locations. We refer to this as our "door to treatment" time. It is the average time from when a patient arrives and checks-in at our ER to the time when they are placed in a room and treatment begins. The times are updated every 15 minutes based on actual times from the preceding 30 minutes.

On average our wait times are 30 minutes or less but can vary due to many circumstances. By sharing our average wait times you can see what the current experience is in our ERs. Of course, patients who arrive with life threatening and more serious injuries and ailments are seen before those with non-life threatening problems.You're encouraged to check with your insurance company well before an urgent situation arises so you'll be familiar with your plan's coverage for both immediate and emergency care situations.
