Screenings & Immunizations Checklist 
We want you to stay healthy, and screenings and immunizations are one way to do this. Our checklist will help you to stay up-to-date on these important tools. We have the screenings sorted by age and gender, and we've recommended the age for immunizations. If you need to schedule a screening or immunization, call your Edward Medical Group doctor.
