Regardless of whether you are new to diabetes or have had it for a while, we have educational opportunities to fit each personal need, including programs for:

Participants are encouraged to bring an adult family member or friend with them to all sessions. Questions and discussions are encouraged during class. We also encourage you to complete our Patient History Form before your appointment.

A1C Testing
After your diabetes education is completed, you will have the opportunity to have an A1C test done. This simple blood test measures your glucose control for the past 2 to 3 months. The results give you and your doctor a good idea of how well your diabetes treatment plan is working for you and if some changes should be made.
