Attention College of DuPage Second Year Health and Science Students,
For your convenience, Edward Hospital Occupational Health will be conducting drug screens and TB skin tests on campus at the Health and Science Building on Monday, July 29th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Tuesday, July 30th from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. A nurse will be available at the Health and Science Building on Thursday, August 1st to read TB skin tests from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. (no appointment is necessary for the TB read). These services are being offered at a discounted rate of $35 for drug screens and $12 for TB skin tests. They will accept cash only. Please bring a photo I.D. with you and be prepared to provide a urine specimen. To register, choose your preferred time slot from the links listed below.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to sign in and complete necessary paperwork.
