How can I schedule an outpatient imaging test?

You can do this by calling our Central Scheduling line Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on (630) 527-3200. There are two things that you must know prior to calling us.

1. The name of the exam (if CT or MRI, the doctor must specify with and/or without contrast).
2. Reason for the exam, (the symptoms or signs as stated on the doctor's order)

Additionally, you should have the following information in-hand:
• Insurance Card - review before calling.

• Ordering Doctor - if your doctor is not on the Edward staff, please have the office address and phone number available at the time of scheduling.

• Doctor's Order - stating the exact test you will require and the diagnosis or reason the exam is being ordered.

If anything on your order is unclear, call the office for clarification. Having this information in-hand and reviewing it prior to calling will help us process your call efficiently.
