Linden Oaks seeks new members for Patient/Family Advisory Committee
(Naperville, IL – January 28, 2014) – Linden Oaks at Edward is seeking new members for its Patient/Family Advisory Committee, which is made up of former Linden Oaks patients, family members of former and current Linden Oaks patients and Linden Oaks employees.
Linden Oaks is searching for committee members who live in the hospital system’s service area throughout the west and southwest suburbs, including former patients who are at least six months into a recovery process.
The committee’s goal is to seek input from patients and families about all aspects of Linden Oaks, including access to care, inpatient and outpatient programs, the treatment process from admission to discharge, patient/family satisfaction, the physical environment, links to other behavioral health providers in the community, and written materials and resources.
Committee members are limited to two-year terms. Meetings are held the second Monday of each month, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Linden Oaks, located on the campus of Edward Hospital, 801 S. Washington St. in Naperville.

Linden Oaks at Edward is a 108-bed behavioral health hospital on Edward Hospital’s Naperville campus with outpatient offices in Naperville, Plainfield, St. Charles, Woodridge and Yorkville. And, Linden Oaks has earned the American Nurses Association’s Award for Outstanding Nursing Quality.
