The Edward Cancer Center has been recognized by the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) Certification Program, an affiliate of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the world's leading professional organization representing physicians who care for people with cancer.
Edward is one of only five healthcare organizations in Illinois and one of only 89 in the country to have earned the certification, which lasts for three years and recognizes outpatient hematology-oncology practices that meet the highest standards for quality cancer care.
