Mark Munoz's Savory Cauliflower

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
(Total time will vary with appliance and setting.)
Level of Difficulty: Easy

1 head of Cauliflower
1 T. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Tumeric (or more to taste)
1 cup Chicken Stock or Water
1/3 cup Chopped Cilantro (optional)

Cut one head of cauliflower into florets. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a big skillet and add one teaspoon (or more to taste) of tumeric. Swirl the tumeric until it is fragrant - about one minute. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat with the tumeric. Add one cup of water or chicken stock and cover. Lower the heat and simmer until the cauliflower is soft - about 10 minutes, less if you prefer it crunchier. Uncover and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is gone and the cauliflower begins to brown. Add some chopped cilantro to make it extra nutritious. Super easy to make and oh so good for you!
