1 lb. Ground Turkey

¼ C. Breadcrumbs

½ C. Onion, finely chopped

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

½ C. Parmesan Cheese

2 T. Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained and chopped

¼ C. Basil, finely chopped

¼ C. Italian Parsley, finely chopped

Blackberry Wine Sauce

½ C. Blackberry Preserves (seedless) or Black Currant Jelly

¼ C. Red Wine (prefer Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot)
