Dark Chocolate Fondue with Fresh Fruit Kabobs

Level of Difficulty: Easy
2 c. Dark chocolate morsels
3/4 c. Fat free half and half or light whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Cook over a low heat stirring constantly until melted and hot.
Transfer mixture into a fondue pot to keep warm.
On a wooden skewer add fresh chunks and/or slices of favorite fruits. (strawberries, pineapple, apples, cantaloupe, kiwi, raspberries, etc.)
Yield: 2 cups Dark Chocolate Fondue
Serving size: 3 - 4 Tbsp and 1 - 2 skewers
