01. How do I view my account information and manage my account online?
In order to view your account information and make payments online, you must enroll by entering your account number, Guarantor’s social security number, email address, and username and password on the enrollment page. This information will ensure that only you can securely access your account information. Once enrolled, the site will be activated. When you log in for subsequent visits to the website, you will only need to enter your user ID and the password to access your account information.
You may also pay your bill online without enrolling.
