But there are ways to help you succeed in achieving this goal.

We offer more than 40 Express classes a week. Here are a few more tips to help you get in your weekly exercise:
Plan to exercise period (schedule it in your planner, iPhone, etc.)
Pack your exercise clothes the night before
Choose an exercise buddy or group of friends
Commit to a class
Use technology (watch one of our personal TVs or bring in your Nook)
Download a fitness tracking app
Remember, every little bit counts! Keeping track of workouts as a monthly summary might just help you stay the course.
