Edward Healthcare Center Open House, Saturday, September 22
The community is invited to an Open House at the new Edward Healthcare Center, 16519 S. Route 59 in Plainfield on Saturday, September 22, 10 a.m.- 12 noon.
Every family who attends will be entered into a drawing for an iPad. The first 25 families to show up will get a free iPod shuffle (one per family).
The event will feature a "Teddy Bear Clinic." Each child will be given an Edward Teddy Bear that will be "treated" during a tour of the center and receive a sticker, Band-Aid, coloring book and other goodies.
Dogs from Edward's Animal-Assisted Therapy program will also be on hand and visitors can check out one of the vehicles from Edward Ambulance Service.
The 22,000-square foot Edward Healthcare Center is home for three primary care physicians from Edward Medical Group, including family medicine specialists Sanjeeb Khatua, MD; Lilia Protaziuk, MD and Bob William, MD. In addition, Physical Therapy, Lab and Imaging (digital mammography, X-ray and ultrasound) services are also provided.
