Sleep is an important part of our health and well-being.  Insufficient or inadequate sleep can contribute to fatigue, poor work performance and an increase in accident and mortality rates.  Sleep hygiene is described as a series of practices and guidelines that everyone can incorporate into their everyday lives to increase chances of successfully achieving a good night’s sleep.  However, many of us are not aware of these minor yet important practices.  Please join Kelly Gill, M.D., board certified sleep specialist and neurologist with Suburban Lung Associates and April Johnson, RPSGT, manager of the Edward Sleep Center who will provide an overview of sleep, and the healthy tips and guidelines to achieve a better night’s sleep.
