Robotic Surgical Services

Edward has the da Vinci Si Surgical System, the most advanced robotic technology available, which can be used for a range of minimally invasive procedures in gynecology, urology, thoracic and general surgery. The da Vinci System provides Edward's team of surgeons with greater precision, control and access to hard-to-reach areas, allowing extremely complex operations to be performed through just a few small incisions instead of traditional open surgery.

State-of-the-art Surgical Operating Rooms, Convenient Locations

Our 16 operating rooms, including six dedicated to minimally invasive surgeries, are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, such as smart lights containing an automatic zoom-lens camera that feeds an overhead view of surgery and a system that helps physicians administer precise amounts of anesthesia.

Many of our surgeries and procedures are also available off the main Edward Hospital campus at the Plainfield Surgery Center and Center for Surgery in Naperville.
