Sameer Ansari, M.D.
Neurointerventionalist, Edward Neurosciences Institute
Dr. Ansari is board certified in neuroradiology. He was previously an assistant professor of radiology, neurology and surgery, and director of neurointerventional service at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Dr. Ansari completed fellowships in interventional neuroradiology and diagnostic neuroradiology at the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, Mich. He earned his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Penn. and Ph.D. in molecular biology from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
Dr. Ansari completed his residency at the University of Illinois-Chicago Medical Center. He is a member of the American Society of Neuroradiology, Society of Neurointerventional Surgery and American College of Radiology.
