Dying with Dignity: Advance Directives to Make Your Wishes Known

Thursday, April 16
6:30 - 8:00pm
Edward Hospital Education Center Auditorium, Naperville
We plan for weddings, childbirth, college and retirement but most of us never take the time to communicate our end of life wishes with our families. During a crisis or critical illness, the burden of these decisions weighs heavily on our loved ones. Advance Directives are legal documents that speak for you when you cannot speak for yourself. These decisions are best made before being faced with a life-threatening illness or injury. Please join us for an important panel presentation to address end of life issues related to Advance Directives and the ethical, medical, religious, cultural and legal perspectives of dying with dignity.
