Whether it's by reimbursing you for education, providing opportunities to participate in research, or giving you more opportunities to be involved, we want you to be fulfilled and happy. Here are a few of the key reasons why we’ve been able to recruit and keep some of the finest nurses around:
Opportunities to be heard and to participate in decision-making and process improvement
Unit-based and hospital-wide shared leadership councils, as well as numerous committees, task forces and process improvement projects Excellent nurse-to-patient ratios Compared to national and regional norms we have strong nurse-to-patient ratios. Our staffing levels, however, aren't based on an arbitrary number. They take into account patient acuity and the skill mix of staff on the unit, as well as the unit geography and other resources available on the unit, such as patient care technicians, nurse educators, and case managers.
Flexible scheduling. Competitive salary and benefits Includes free membership in both of our state-of-the art fitness centers and an award-winning employee wellness program.
