Our staff at the Edward Diabetes Center is committed to helping individuals and their families gain the skills and knowledge needed to manage their diabetes and live life to its fullest.

As an American Diabetes Association recognized Diabetes Center since 2001, the Edward Diabetes Center provides counseling and education for individuals living with diabetes, including:

• Type 1 diabetes - adult, teen & children
• Pre-diabetes and Type 2 diabetes
• La Diabetes –Spanish diabetes education
• Gestational diabetes
• Insulin pump therapy
• Glucose sensor training 
• Medical Nutrition Therapy

We offer individual appointments as well as group classes. Our team works with your primary care physician, nurse practitioner and/or endocrinologist to develop a personalized plan of care with you that reflects your individual needs and lifestyle. The Edward Diabetes Center is located in Naperville.

Nationally Certified Excellence 

Joint Commission accredited organizations can earn certification for programs devoted to chronic diseases and conditions. Edward Hospital has received Joint Commission Disease-Specific Advanced Certification for Inpatient Diabetes.
