What is a support group?

Continuing care is key to long term recovery from behavioral health issues. Linden Oaks hosts a variety of support groups at our facilities to help reinforce the coping skills learned during treatment and/or support the family and friends of individuals in recovery. Structure and support are vital in making the difficult transition from treatment back to every day life. In recovery, you can meet other people who are coping with similar situation and build a network to help you through difficult times.
